Two brothers started a new brewery and asked me to make their brand. With a mix between their passion for soccer and greek culture, Hekas was born.
Combining elements from Greek Architecture, Mythology and Soccer emblems with distinctive Brewery ingredients, we made an isologotype that could work well within the supports they were going to use. IE: bottles, growlers, hats, t-shirts and other type of stationary.
Simplicity was something we also wanted to achieve, so it can be printed in one color using vinyl.
4 years down the line, with their product already doing good, they merged with another smaller brewery, they decided to revamp their entire product line. I came up with the idea to design a limited edition for their new products and also a version to use after the launching that used the same amount of material for the label.
Linking the Gods and their representative elements with Brew Flavors and colors, we got a nice mix that allows the brand to fit any new beer style they made within this visual language
Water Gods > Lagers > Blue
Fire Gods > Red Ales > Red
Earth Gods > Stouts > Black
Wind Gods > Ales > Yellow
Combining the budget they had available with the roots of the brand, we successfully inserted the product in this competitive market
